Exchange & Return Policy
- We accept exchanges and returns in accordance with Kuwaiti law.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Worn or used items will not be eligible for exchange or return.
- For both local and international orders, if the customer requests a return or exchange for personal reasons and the item is free from any manufacturing defects, all delivery and shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
